Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened food, treats, or personal-use products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Please complete our Return Request Form on our website
- Our customer care team will review your request and contact you with next steps
Return Process
Once approved:
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly
